Quality Laboratory

SCANPAINT has a laboratory to support production lines and issue product and process quality certificates. It is equipped to perform adhesion, curing, and impact resistance tests, as well as thickness gauges, oven thermography, a colorimeter, a gloss meter, and phosphate deposits, among other tests and regulations.

Storage

SCANPAINT has dedicated spaces for storing unpainted and finished products. Inventory control can be managed by First In First Out, batches, and/or purchase orders. Alternatively, space can be assigned to manage a KAN BAN. Painted materials shipped are then requested from the customer for receipt, painting, and replacement of delivered materials.

Transport

SCANPAINT has two 3.5-ton trucks to assist and support our customers in emergencies.

Tape

SCANPAINT offers masking and capping services for areas where painting should be avoided, such as threads, ground contact points, etc.

Special Packaging

If the material requires special packaging, SCANPAINT can do so within your facilities, offering the advantage that the product can be shipped to the end customer without having to be shoveled at your customers' facilities.

Assembly

SCANPAINT has available space to incorporate assembly lines in case the product, once painted, requires assembly.
