Degreasing, Phosphatizing and Corrosion Inhibitor
The corrosion inhibitor protects parts stored indoors for up to 30 days.
Degreasing process uses a 5-stage washer that allows the removal of oils used in the manufacturing process of the parts and offers the option of preparing the surface with iron phosphate in case it will later be subject to a painting process and/or protecting the parts against corrosion.
The stages are set up as follows:
• Stage 1: Alkaline degreasing
• Stage 2: Rinse
• Stage 3: Iron phosphate
• Stage 4: Rinse
• Stage 5: Corrosion inhibitor
The parts are placed on a conveyor belt and the required pretreatment stages are set up depending on the customers specifications.
