SCANPAINT
It offers the coating service with the following processes
The paint acquires an electrical charge through our application equipment and adheres to the part; it subsequently goes through a curing oven for the final anchoring.
A 5-stage washer where the parts go through the processes the customer chooses, being able to obtain parts where oil is removed and, depending on the requirements, they are phosphatized and a corrosion inhibitor is applied so the parts can be stored up to 30 days indoors.
The paint is in liquid form in a tank. The parts are submerged and receive paint along their entire surface, ensuring uniformity throughout.
We have a Paint stripping machine that works based on silica sand. Air is injected in the lower part of the chamber creating a fluidized bed at a temperature of 450 ºC. Through the combination of sand friction and temperature, the pieces introduced in a basket are cleaned in a one-hour cycle. This process enables cleaning the hangers of a painting process, for example, without affecting the steel properties, as well as recovery of metal parts which, having been painted or covered with an organic, plastic, or polyurethane product before can be used again. Its capacity is for 3 cubic meters and the pieces can be 80 cm. wide by 100 cm. high and 280 cm long.
Consists of applying water or solvent-based paint through an electrostatic process, and then curing the parts in a stationary oven.
