There are two silica sand-based machines for the removal of paint from metal parts.
Air is injected to form a fluidized bed at a temperature of 450 °C. The parts inserted in a basket are cleaned during a one-hour cycle.
This process allows us to carry out the cleaning of the hanging hooks of the painting process, as well as the recovery of metal parts that have been contaminated with inorganic, plastic, polyurethane products, etc. Process recommended for steel parts.
